What Ativos AI does
Ativos AI provides consulting and engineering services for AI systems, strategy, architecture, development, and deployment. These terms cover the website and the commercial relationship described here. Individual projects are governed by a separate Statement of Work signed before work begins.
Engagement model
Every project starts with a paid Discovery phase. Discovery produces a scoped plan with costs and timelines. If you proceed, the scope, price, and deliverables are fixed in a Statement of Work, we do not expand scope without your written approval.
Ownership
Upon final payment, all work product produced specifically for your engagement, code, documentation, configurations, is assigned to you. We retain the right to use generic techniques, patterns, and non-proprietary tooling developed during the engagement.
Confidentiality
Anything you share with us is treated as confidential. We do not disclose client data, project details, or case-study specifics without written permission.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement phase. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands for EU clients and the laws of India for Indian clients, as specified in the Statement of Work.
