- How do engagements start?
- Every project starts with a paid Discovery phase. We audit your data, workflows, and constraints, then give you a costed plan. You decide whether to continue.
- Do you work with regulated industries?
- Yes. We build for GDPR and EU AI Act compliance from the start, including fully on-prem deployments where no data leaves your network.
- What happens if the project doesn't work out?
- We scope tightly before we start. If the Discovery phase shows the ROI isn't there, we tell you, and you only paid for the audit, not a failed build.
- Do you build with specific models or vendors?
- We're model-agnostic. We pick the right model for your constraints, cost, latency, privacy, capability, whether that's a frontier API or a self-hosted open model.
