We started because AI projects kept stalling.
Too many engagements produced strategy documents and pilot demos that never made it to production. The gap was never the model, it was the missing engineering between "the demo works" and "the system runs every day, on real data, with real users."
Ativos AI is a small consultancy of people who have shipped production systems. We are not a marketplace, a recruitment agency, or a slide factory. We write code, evaluate outputs, and hand over systems your team can actually run.

He provides occasional, voluntary scientific guidance to the company in his personal capacity, drawing on his expertise in machine learning, optimization, and theoretical foundations of AI. His advisory involvement is independent of his academic appointment and does not constitute an institutional collaboration with or endorsement by IISc.
