What we collect
When you contact us through the form or by email, we collect your name, email address, company name (if provided), and the contents of your message. That is the extent of it. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or advertising identifiers on this site.
What we do with it
We use your contact details to reply to your inquiry. If you become a client, we use them for project communication, invoicing, and legal records. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for marketing lists.
Where it is stored
Contact form submissions are processed by Web3Forms and delivered to our email. Email is hosted on Google Workspace. Project data shared during engagements is stored according to the terms of your contract, for EU clients, processing stays in the EU where required.
How long we keep it
Inquiry emails are kept for up to 12 months. If you become a client, records are retained for the duration required by Indian and Dutch law for business purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. EU residents additionally have the right to lodge a complaint with their national data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date above. For material changes we will email active contacts directly.
